Busti - the leader of traditional Tuscan cheeses at the Marca Poland Fair
Busti is a renowned Italian cheese producer that has been combining tradition with modernity for over six decades. The company's history dates back to 1955, when Remo Busti, a former shepherd from the Garfagnana region, founded a factory in Fauglia producing pecorino, Caciotta Toscana and ricotta cheeses. Today, the company is run by Stefano Busti and his sons, continuing the family legacy and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Thanks to its dynamic development, the company has increased its production scale, while maintaining its artisanal character and care for the authenticity of its products. The offer includes numerous varieties of pecorino cheeses, which are the result of many years of experience and commitment to preserving traditional production methods. The careful selection of raw materials, mainly from the regions of Tuscany and northern Lazio, is also of key importance.
The modern production plant, opened in 2011, covers an area of 7,000 m² and combines innovative technologies with classic recipes, characteristic of Italian cheesemaking. The company meets rigorous quality and safety standards, as confirmed by international IFS and BRC certificates, as well as the implemented Supply Chain Traceability System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 standard. As one of the leading producers of Pecorino Toscano DOP, Busti also offers a line of certified organic products and lactose-free cheeses, adapted to the needs of customers with lactose intolerance.
Busti invites you to visit its stand at Marca Poland, where you will be able to see a wide range of products and discover the unique taste of Italian tradition.
