The inaugural edition of the Marca Poland 2025 trade fair is now behind us—a new event designed in response to the growing interest in private label offerings. Thanks to the commitment of our partners, we created a dedicated business platform for showcasing products, exchanging experiences, and building international business relationships across Central and Eastern Europe.

Marca Poland – A new hub for private label in Central and Eastern Europe

Held on April 2–3, 2025, the first edition of Marca Poland brought together the private label industry in a new space created to foster knowledge-sharing and forge business connections within this rapidly evolving market. The event was co-organized by leading trade fair operators BolognaFiere Group and Poznań International Fair (Grupa MTP). Drawing on the 20+ years of success of Marca Bologna, Marca Poland was launched to meet the increasing market demand in Central and Eastern Europe—connecting manufacturers, retailers, and distributors seeking to grow their private label portfolios.

Exchange of knowledge and business expertise

The exhibition space in Pavilion 7 hosted nearly 100 exhibitors from Poland, Italy, Austria, and Spain. Featured product categories included food and beverages, household chemicals, cosmetics, and pet care. Additionally, the IPLS Innovation Zone showcased over 400 new product launches. Experts from the international organization IPLC provided insights into global trends and strategic developments in the private label sector.

The fair was a vibrant platform for knowledge-sharing, networking, and professional dialogue. On stage, industry specialists addressed topics such as European market data, the role of retail chains and discounters, marketing mix strategies, and actionable advice for suppliers interested in working with major retail networks. Participation in these sessions offered valuable guidance on aligning with market expectations and implementing effective collaboration models.

Strong international attendance

The inaugural edition attracted 620 attendees, including buyers and managers from over 20 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—including Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Greece, Israel, France, Finland, Kosovo, Qatar, Belgium, Romania, Ukraine, and India. The presence of such a diverse international audience underscores the growing significance of this event in the private label landscape.

The professional visitor profile included CEOs, general managers, purchasing directors, category buyers, and marketing managers. Thanks to modern matchmaking tools, such as a dedicated meeting scheduler app, participants were able to optimize their time, plan meetings in advance, and connect with key players in the private label industry.

The future of Marca Poland

The second edition of Marca Poland will take place on April 21–22, 2026.

We warmly invite you to participate in this event that champions collaboration, growth, and innovation in the private label sector.
