MARCA POLAND 2025 – officially open!
The first edition of MARCA Poland started today, organized by the leaders of the event industry BolognaFiere and the MTP Group. Both organizations combined their experience to create a unique platform for international exchange. Marca Poland is a response to the growing market demand for events dedicated to private labels, enabling networking and the presentation of innovative products from this dynamically developing industry.
The first edition of the fair is attended by over 60 exhibitors from Poland, Italy, Spain, Austria and other countries. The event attracted international players and became a space for discussions on the future of the private label sector, exchange of experiences and presentation of innovative products.
Official opening
The fair was officially opened by Marcin Bilik, Vice President of the Management Board of the MTP Group. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of private label as one of the most dynamically developing market segments: "The MARCA Poland fair is an excellent opportunity for meetings and exchange of experiences for the private label sector, which is growing at a rapid pace in Poland and Europe. Our goal is to create a space for the development of innovations and building long-term business relationships."
International dimension of the fair
The international nature of the event is also emphasized by the participation of foreign buyers who accepted the invitation of the organizers. Among them are representatives of key retail chains from over 20 countries in Europe and Asia.
Analysis of private labels in Europe
One of the key points of the program was the analysis of the European private label market, presented by Taissia Galperina (Retail Key Account Manager, Circana Germany). She pointed out, among others:
- The growing importance of private label in the EU6 countries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, the Netherlands)
- Changing consumption patterns and their impact on retailers' strategies
- Dynamic development of discount stores as a growth engine
- Pricing trends and their impact on sales

The IPLS zone, led by Stefano Ghetti (Marca by BolognaFiere) and IPLC experts, focused on the latest trends and innovations. The products presented were dominated by:

- Alternatives to the traditional diet (vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian)
- Modern, ecological packaging

The first day of MARCA Poland 2025 showed that the private label sector in Poland and Europe is developing at a dynamic pace, and the demand for such events is huge.
