The MARCA POLAND private label trade fair is once again attracting attention from the international FMCG and retail sectors. As part of the Hosted Buyers program, dozens of key buyers and distributors from over 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa will come to Poland. They represent a wide range of industry sectors – from food and HoReCa to cosmetics, household products, and FMCG.

Global presence of buyers

This year’s edition of the program confirmed the participation of company representatives from, among others, Spain, Romania, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Morocco, Sweden, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Qatar, Moldova, Lebanon, Greece, Estonia, and Serbia.

These are representatives from various business sectors – importers and distributors of food products, retail chains, logistics companies, and suppliers for the HoReCa sector. The presence of companies such as Coop Estonia, Carrefour umania, Moldretail Group, Dal Mare Group, Deli Food Distribution, Jadrandom, and Oro Business highlights the strength and international reach of the program.

Global trade meets in Poland

The Hosted Buyers program is one of the cornerstones of the event, co-organized by the MTP Group and BolognaFiere Group, the creators of the Italian MARCA by BolognaFiere trade fair. Its goal is to create direct and effective business connections between Polish private label manufacturers and international business partners.

Through individually arranged meetings and a carefully selected list of buyers, participants gain access to key decision-makers responsible for purchasing and product contracts. This year’s participants include leaders in food product distribution, premium brand importers, logistics companies, and trading firms specialized in international trade. The sectors represented by the guests include:

  • Food and beverages
  • Household products
  • Premium and luxury goods
  • Confectionery and sweets
  • Frozen foods and semi-processed food products

Thanks to this, MARCA Poland becomes a platform where producers, buyers, and distributors can develop collaborations and achieve common goals within the European private label market.

International networking and future prospects

Participation in the Hosted Buyers program is not only an opportunity to establish cooperation with international partners but, above all, an investment in the future of Polish exports. The project aims to strengthen the presence of Polish manufacturers in global markets by initiating strategic partnerships and increasing the visibility of Polish private label brands in Europe and beyond.
