Private label fair MARCA Poland – new standard for business
On April 21–22, 2026, the second edition of MARCA Poland will take place in Poznań – a modern and professional event fully dedicated to private label products in the fast-growing FMCG and consumer goods market. The fair provides an international platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, and retail network representatives from around the world, where innovation meets experience and business discussions turn into real contracts.

MARCA Poland project was initiated by the MTP Group, the organizer of Poland’s largest trade fairs, in co-organization with BolognaFiere Group - the world-leading organizer of one of the largest private label events, Marca by BolognaFiere. This collaboration makes MARCA Poland stand out among other industry events in Central and Eastern Europe, creating an international space for product presentation, business networking, and contract negotiations. The special Hosted Buyers Program facilitates direct meetings with international buyers, enhancing export potential and opportunities for global contracts.
The fair showcases a wide range of private label products across the following categories:
- Food and beverages
- Cosmetics
- Household products
- Pet products
- Innovative solutions in other categories
A dedicated Innovation and Product Launch Zone attracts the attention of buyers and market experts, presenting the latest trends and solutions that meet the growing expectations of consumers.

Private label market – potential and trends
Private label products are steadily gaining importance in Poland, currently accounting for approximately 24% of household spending on FMCG products. This segment is growing both in value and volume, becoming a strategic tool for building a competitive advantage for retailers and manufacturers. The transformation of private labels means moving away from perceiving these products solely as a budget option. Consumers increasingly see them as a quality and price alternative to national brands. In Europe, private label shares in FMCG sales exceed 30–40% in many countries, and in some regions even 50%, highlighting the growing acceptance and significance of these products.
The first edition in 2025 brought together nearly 100 exhibitors from Poland, Italy, Austria, Spain, and other countries, as well as over 900 professional visitors, including 40 buyers from more than 20 countries. MARCA Poland became a space where local and global perspectives of the private label industry develop through dialogue, collaboration, and experience exchange.
In 2026, MARCA Poland is expanding in both scale and collaboration – a larger number of participants and industry partners increases the fair’s business potential. The second edition will take place under the honorary patronage of:
- Polish Trade and Distribution Organization (POHiD)
- Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship
- Mayor of Poznań
